Refund policy

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which starts from the day you receive your item. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at eighten.hermosa@gmail.com. LuneNoir will provide you with a free return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return process. Returns must be sent to our address at 810 Hermosa Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. Please note, items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. However, for exchanges due to size differences, the restocking fee is waived. Please note, size exchange is limited to one time per purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, food products, swimwear, underwear, and items imported from Japan. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges
For incorrect sizes, we offer a one-time exchange with no restocking fee. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item. For all other exchanges, please return the original item, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, processing time for banks or credit card companies may vary. If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at eighten.hermosa@gmail.com.
